OPI – You’re such a Budapest (Review)

A gorgeous, pastel periwinkle polish with lots of blue undertones and super tiny flecks of shimmer by OPI in You’re such a Budapest.

Consistency/Formula: Streaky, thin formula
Application/Opacity: Applies smoothly, requires at least 3 coats to achieve full opacity
Brush: Wider than the standard brush size.
Packaging: Visually appealing.
Polish finish: Creme.
Extra: 3-Free: No DBP, Formaldehyde, Toluene
Con: None.
Conclusion: Looks great on any skin tone and you will most likely fall in love with the colour. Application of the first coat can be a bit streaky but the consecutive coats cover the streakiness (is this a word? lol) . This polish did not chip that quickly for me, as OPI polishes tend to have a longer wear time on my nails. This polish does have some tiny shimmer bits to it, but they’re really only noticeable in direct sunlight, otherwise you just have a solid periwinkle polish. The formula isn’t that great and takes a while to dry considering the price of these polishes, however the colour payoff is worth it.
