China Glaze Body & Sol Collection
The China Glaze Body & Sol collection is an 8 piece collection featuring multidimensional nude tones perfect for any time of year. Each shade features glorious unique shimmers to match that beach glow. The eight shades featured in this collection are: Skinny Tipping, Glow-worthy, Beaches and Toes, Beach Buff, Send Hues, Tan-do Attitude, Copper-Tunist, and Bronze Ambition.
So let’s get into the swatches!
Skinny Tipping
A peachy-rose shade with matching rose shimmer. This polish is a bit more on the sheer side side compared to the rest of the bunch, so you may need 3 coats for full coverage, especially if you have longer nails.
Glow-worthy
A bronze-gold metallic polish with holo shimmers. Very versatile shade with a sheer application, pictured above is three coats.
Beaches and Toes
A taupe nude shade with cool undertones and a silver shimmer. Pictured above is two coats.
Beach Buff
A taupe-rose polish with silver shimmer and rosy undertones. Pictured here, only 2 coats!
Send Hues
A brown polish with gold undertones and gold shimmer. Perfect for light to deep skin tones!
Tan-do attitude
A light beige polish with gold undertones for that perfect bronzy glow. From first bottle glance, this looks like it would apply very sheer but I kidd you not, I got full coverage in only 2 coats 🙌.
Copper-Tunist
Who knew copper could look so good? Check out this metallic swatch with pearlized finish of Copper-Tunist. Pictured above is only two coats.
Bronze Ambition
I honestly never really gravitated toward brown polish before, not sure why, just never really did…until now lol. I guess I just hadn’t crossed paths with one that I really liked, but this one is just everything. Pictured above is two coats. This shade also features a beautiful gold shimmer that looks stunning in direct sunlight 🌞.
Final Verdict
These shades are so versatile, I was quite impressed with the range of colour in this collection. These are perfect nude tones for everyday wear. The formula is a bit runny and sheer and most of these polishes will require three coats for full opacity. I also found that each polish resulted in “cuticle flooding” if you are even the slightest heavy-handed on the application. That said, my favourite shade would have to be a tie between Beach Buff and Skinny-Tpping. I loved how well these looked with my skin tone, and how well they worked in pretty much any occasion.
